Shiv is a management graduate from the London Business School and possesses 14 years of experience in the executive search and selection industry.

Since October 2005, when he took over as the Chief Executive Officer of ABC Consultants, Shiv has carried forward and grown the legacy of the organisation that is widely acknowledged as a pioneer in the recruitment industry. Today, he is also focused on driving the company into newer markets such as the Middle East and is transforming the firm into a multi-market, multi-product organisation. 

The launch of www.headhonchos.com in 2010 is a step in this direction.

Uday Sodhi,

Chief Executive Officer

An authority in the Indian internet space, Uday drives HeadHonchos.com with unrelenting passion. The last 10 years of his 20-year career have been in the internet business, and he has led the Marketing and Business Development teams of companies before moving into strategic general management roles. He brings to the table a deep & insightful understanding of the internet, honed at organizations including Balaji Telefilms-New Media Business, Rediff.com and Net4India Ltd.

Prior to joining HeadHonchos Uday was the CEO-New Media of Balaji Telefilms, where he was responsible for building a mobile VAS and internet business. He holds a post graduate degree in Marketing from the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai.

 

Ajay Kamath,

Vice President-Operations

The man behind the smooth running of HeadHonchos, Ajay leads the Operations & Career Services team that is the backbone of HeadHonchos, ensuring that we deliver on every promise. He has14 years of experience and hands-on exposure to sales and operations in the banking, recruitment and training domains. Before coming on board as a founding member of Team HeadHonchos, Ajay has worked with organizations including ICICI Bank, GE Money and Dun & Bradstreet.

Ajay is a BE in Electronics & Communications from the University of Mysore and a PGDM from ITM, Bangalore.

Atul Luthra,

Chief Information Officer

From driving him to be an engineer to winning him honours from Facebook & IDG, Atul’s love for doing something new has always compelled him to explore new frontiers in technology. A tech wiz, he deftly handles multiple facets of technology including architecture, development, engineering, compliance, and adoption to keep HeadHonchos ahead in the game.

An Engineering graduate, he has over 16 years of experience in the IT domain and has worked with companies including PVR Limited, WNS Global Services and Sprint RPG before joining HeadHonchos.

 

Hansa Sachdeva,

Chief Marketing Officer

As the chief custodian of brand HeadHonchos, Hansa spearheads brand communication & consumer acquisition strategies. She brings to the table a combination of analytical ability & intuitive consumer insight that is backed by 20+ years of B2B and B2C experience in traditional and internet media. Prior to joining HeadHonchos as a founding member, Hansa has been associated as a professional & an entrepreneur with organisations including Bennett Coleman & Co Ltd (The Times of India group), PVR Ltd, Le Meridien and Universitas 21 Global.

Hansa is an Economics Honours graduate from St. Stephen's College, Delhi University and holds an MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi University.  

 

Prabhakar Shastry,

Vice President- Product Research & Development

The complete internet professional, Prabhakar’s experience spans every aspect of product development. At HeadHonchos he dives deep into User Behavior and Usability to fine-tune user experience. Prabhakar has earlier worked with corporates including media powerhouses, Dainik Jagran and Times Business Solutions Ltd, and has considerable experience in launching Web 2.0 and enterprise solutions. 

With an interest in Mathematics that goes back to University, his passion for usability and design are often rooted in astute business intelligence.

Rahul Malhotra,

Head - Business Development

As the Head-Business Development for the portal, Rahul drives HeadHonchos' employer interaction activity across India. Rahul has close to a decade of experience across the Executive Search, Recruitment, Retail and Internet verticals. One of the first to the come on board, he was Practice Head at Planman Consulting prior to joining HeadHonchos. His complete knowledge and understanding of the recruitment space make him an invaluable asset to the team.

He holds an MBA degree from IMI, Belgium and a Diploma in Information Technology from Swinburne, Australia.
