MyShaadi.in, an online portal offering wedding related services has raised an undisclosed first round of funding from Indian Angel Network. The investors include active angel investors Rajan Anandnan, Sunil Kalra, Ashim Mehra and Rehan Yar Khan who is joining the board of directors of MyShaadi.in. The fund will be used to strengthen operation and further innovate the company’s suite of services.

Launched in February, 2011, by Abhishek Jain, the site claims to have served more than 13,000 couples and aims to have over 1 lakh couples by this year end. The website also houses an interactive blogging section which is contributed by the industry experts that illuminates couples on latest trends and international concepts of wedding.
